Human rights group claims Iran hanged three men for gay sex

A human rights group has claimed that three Iranian men have been hanged for having gay sex.
Iran Human Rights, which says it covers news from the country’s official news sources, said state-run Iranian news agency ISNA reported the hangings.
The human rights group said the men were executed under articles 108 and 110 of the Iranian Islamic penal code, which relate to sodomy and the punishment for it.
The punishment for sodomy is death and judges may decide how the sentence is carried out.
